溃疡性结肠炎内镜、病理与中医证型之间关系的探讨

Ulcerative Colitis Endoscopy, Pathology, and Discuss the Relation Between TCM Syndrome Type

目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎(UC)内镜、病理表现与中医证型之间关系。方法分别观察记录100例UC患者的内镜下表现,确定病理分期,进行中医辨证分型。结果 UC结肠镜下各级的中医证型分布差异具有显著性差异,UC不同病理分期在结肠镜分级上分布不同,UC在病理分期上中医证型分布差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论溃疡性结肠炎(UC)内镜像、病理表现与中医证型之间有密切关系。

Objective To study the endoscopic UC, the pathological manifestations and the relationship between TCM syndrome type. Methods Observation records of 100 patients with UC endoscopic performance, determine the pathological staging, of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The TCM syndrome type distribution of UC colonoscopy under all levels of difference has significant difference, UC different pathological staging on colonoscopy graded distribution,TCM syndrome type distribution differences in pathological staging UC has a significant meaning （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ulcerative colitis （UC） in the mirror, pathological manifestations and has a close relationship between TCM syndrome type.
