平片无张力疝修补术治疗非绞窄性腹股沟嵌顿疝的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Tension-free Hernia Repair in the Treatment of Incarcerated Hernia Nonstrangulated Groin

目的探讨平片无张力疝修补术在非绞窄性腹股沟嵌顿疝治疗中的效果。方法选取腹股沟嵌顿疝患者65例,分为对照组(疝环填充式无张力疝修补术治疗)32例、观察组(平片无张力疝修补术治疗)33例。结果观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,且观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,医疗花费低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平片无张力疝修补术在治疗非绞窄性腹股沟嵌顿疝中效果显著。

Objective To explore the tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of incarcerated hernia in non-strangulated inguinal. Methods 65 patients with inguinal hernia were divided into control group （32 cases）, observation group （33 cases）.Results The patients had significantly higher efficiency, the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group and the observation group operative time, shorter hospital stay than the control group, health care spending than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of non strangulated inguinal hernia in effect, has the value of popularization.
