规范性治疗方案对老年肺心病并冠心病患者血气分析指标的影响

Effect of Standard Treatment Regimen on Blood Gas Analysis in Patients With Pulmonary Heart Disease and Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨分析规范性治疗方案对老年肺心病并冠心病患者血气分析指标的影响。方法选取我院2013年10月～2014年10月收治的138例老年肺心病并冠心病患者，将其分为观察组（69例）和对照组（69例），给予观察组患者实施规范性治疗方案，给予对照组患者实施常规治疗，对比分析两组治疗效果和血气分析指标。结果经治疗，观察组总有效率为97.10%，对照组总有效率为82.60%，两组差异对比有意义（P ＜0.05），观察组治疗前 PaO2为（53.56±9.78），治疗后为（68.45±8.46），对照组治疗前为（54.73±9.46），治疗后为（60.52±9.43），观察组治疗前 PaCO2为（63.76±12.8），治疗后为（47.54±10.15），对照组治疗前为（62.49±11.62），治疗后为（57.56±9.68），两组指标与治疗前相比均有所改善（P ＞0.05），但治疗后改善效果明显且观察组优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论对老年肺心病并冠心病患者实施规范性治疗方案能有效提高治疗效果，不良反应少，能有效改善患者血气分析指标，对改善病情也起着积极的促进作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of standardized treatment on the blood gas analysis index of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease and coronary artery disease. Methods From October 2013 to October 2014, 138 cases of senile pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease, divided into observation group （69 cases） and control group （69 cases）, given to the observation group patients implementation standard therapeutic regimen, given to the control group received routine treatment, comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups and parameters of blood gas analysis. Results After treatment, the two groups were improved compared with before treatment （P〉0.05）, but after treatment, the improvement effect was more obvious and the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of standardized treatment scheme of senile pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, adverse reactions less, can effectively improve the blood gas analysis of indicators, to improve the condition also plays a positive role in promoting.
