摘要
目的：观察应用纤维喉镜治疗声带息肉的临床疗效。方法对我院2011年10月～2013年10收治的93例声带息肉患者实施表面麻醉下行纤维喉镜切除声带息肉手术。结果93例患者手术均取得成功，其中治愈76例，好转17例，治愈率为81.7%。结论应用纤维喉镜治疗声带息肉具有手术操作简单，时间短，创伤小，恢复快等优点，更易于被广大患者所接受。
Objective To observe the application the fiber laryngoscope to treat the clinical curative effect of vocal cord polyp. Methods In October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital treated 93 cases of vocal cord polyp patients implementation show that anesthesia downlink fiber laryngoscope excision of vocal cords polyp surgery. Results 93 cases were successful, 76 cases were cured, improvement in 17 cases, the cure rate was 81.7%. Conclusion The application of fiber laryngoscope vocal cord polyp has simple operation, short time, small trauma, rapid recovery, etc, are more easily accepted by the patients.
