高血压合并冠心病患者的临床治疗体会

Clinical Treatment Experience of Patients With Hypertension Complicated With Coronary Heart Disease

目的对高血压合并冠心病患者的临床治疗体会进行总结。方法选取于2013年2月～2015年5月我院确诊并接受治疗的高血压合并冠心病患者45例，并随机分为对照组21例、治疗组24例患者，对硝苯地平控释片与吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗的效果进行对照研究。结果治疗组患者的治疗显效率与治疗总有效率分别为70.8%和91.7%，高于对照组患者的42.9%和71.4%；同时，治疗后两组患者的血压均有不同程度的下降，但是治疗组患者的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论对高血压合并冠心病患者采用吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗能够取得显著的治疗效果，能够使患者的血压得到有效控制、临床症状显著缓解。

Objective Treatment experience of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease is to be studied. Methods Chose 45 patients of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease who are diagnosed and treated in hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 and separate 21 patients into control group and 24 patients into study group at random; and then observe and compare nifedipine treatment effect and indapanmide amlodipine medication effect between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group is 70.8% and the total treatment efficiency rate is 91.7%, which are quite higher than counterparts of 42.9% 〈br〉 and 71.4% in control group, and in the meanwhile, patients’ blood pressure in two groups are lowered to some extents after treatment; but patients’ systolic and diastolic blood pressure in study group are significantly lower than counterparts in control group; there is a differential between two groups and such a difference has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Indapanmide amlodipine medication is of efficacy in treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. It is conducive to controlling patients’ blood pressure and relieving their clinical symptoms.
