冠心病采用他汀类药物治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Statin Therapy for Coronary Heart Disease

目的：对冠心病采用他汀类药物治疗的效果进行临床分析。方法随机选取我院2013年1月～2015年1月在我院进行治疗的冠心病患者140例，分为实验组与常规组，常规组在基础治疗上用阿司匹林进行药物治疗，实验组则在基础治疗的基础上使用他汀类药物，对比两组的临床疗效。结果实验组总有效率为92.86%，常规组总有效率为80%，两组间的差异性具有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论他汀类药物能有效治疗冠心病，能显著的改善患者心绞痛等临床症状，安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of statins in the treatment of 〈br〉 coronary artery disease. Methods In our hospital January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital for treatment of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） 140 cases were Randomly selected , divided into experimental group and conventional group, normal group in foundation treatment with aspirin drug therapy and the experimental group is in the foundation treatment based on statin use drugs, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.86%, the total effective rate was 80%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Statins can effectively treat coronary heart disease, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with angina, high security.
