吉西他滨联合化疗方案治疗晚期胆系肿瘤效果分析

Effect of Gemcitabine Combined With Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Bile Duct Cancer

目的：分析吉西他滨联合化疗方案治疗晚期胆系肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月～2012年1月我院收治的60例晚期胆系肿瘤患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组采用吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂方案治疗，对照组给予吉西他滨联合卡培他滨方案治疗，对比观察两组患者近期疗效及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者近期疗效无显著差异（P ＞0.05），两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异（P ＞0.05）。结论吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂方案与吉西他滨联合卡培他滨治疗晚期胆系肿瘤的临床效果无显著差异，均可作为治疗选择方案。

Objective To analyze gemcitabine chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced clinical effect biliary tumors. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012, 60 patients with advanced biliary cancer in our hospital for the study were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, the observation group gemcitabine plus oxaliplatin regimen The control group received gemcitabine plus capecitabine regimen, short-term effect and contrast were observed incidence of adverse reactions. Results The two groups were short-term effect significant difference （P〉0.05）, two groups of patients with adverse events was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Gemcitabine plus oxaliplatin and gemcitabine plus capecitabine was no significant difference in clinical effects of advanced biliary cancer, can be used as treatment options.
