左乙拉西坦治疗40例儿童癫痫患者疗效与安全性观察

Efficacy and Safety of Levetiracetam Therapy in 40 Cases of Children With Epilepsy

目的：观察左乙拉西坦治疗儿童癫痫的安全性和疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2013年4月～2015年4月收治的40例儿童癫痫患者资料。结果21例患者已经完全控制，有显著疗效的有8例，有效果的有6例，无效的5例，总的有效率达到了85.9%，无不良反应的有35例；所有患者都没有出现病情加重的现象。结论用左乙拉西坦来治疗儿童的癫痫有明显效果，不仅安全性高，而且出现不良反应的现象很少，可成为儿童癫痫临床治疗的常规用药。

Objective To observe specific levetiracetam safety and efficacy of the treatment of epilepsy in children. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were treated 40 cases of children with epilepsy data. Results 21 patients have complete control, have a significant effect in 8 patients, effective in 6 cases, 5 cases, the total effective rate of 85.9%, no adverse reactions, 35 cases, all patients are not exacerbations phenomenon. Conclusion Levetiracetam to treat children with epilepsy have a very significant effect, it is not only safe, but also the phenomenon of adverse reactions rarely, can become a routine clinical treatment of children with epilepsy medication.
