中医治疗高血压临床应用价值探析

Analysis of Clinical Value in the Treatment of Hypertension in TCM

目的：分析中医治疗高血压的临床应用价值。方法本研究选取2012年11月～2014年10月120例原发性高血压患者为对象，随机分组。对照组患者采用西药治疗，实验组患者采用中医药治疗。连续用药3个月，对比分析两组患者血压水平控制情况和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者血压控制情况相仿，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），实验组患者用药期间不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中医治疗高血压可以取得与西药相仿的降压效果，且不良反应发生率更低，具有更大的临床优势。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the treatment of hypertension in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods This study selected 120 cases of hypertensive patients from November 2012 to October 2014 for the study, randomized. The control group were treated with western medicine, the experimental group were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine. For 3 months in a row, compared two groups of patients control of blood pressure and incidence of adverse reactions. Results Using the chi-square test for statistical analysis, the control of blood pressure of two groups were similar, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of hypertension in Traditional 〈br〉 Chinese medicine can achieve similar antihypertensive effect compareded with treatment in western medicine and have lower incidence of adverse reactions and greater clinical advantage.
