运用张缙教授循经感传学术经验治疗阵发性房颤的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect by Using Professor Zhang Jin's Academic Experience of Propagated Sensation Along the Channels in Curing Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的观察内关穴用循经感传针刺法和传统针刺法治疗阵发性房颤的疗效,从而不断优化针刺治疗方案。方法将70例阵发性房颤的患者,随机分为两个组,分别是治疗组和对照组,35例治疗组采用内关穴循经感传针刺法治疗,35例对照组采用传统针刺法治疗。四周后观察两组疗效。结果治疗组在心电图改善和临床疗效方面都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循经感传针刺法治疗阵发性房颤的效果显著,能够提高患者生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncturing Neiguan point using Propagated sensation along the channels and conventional acupuncture, we can optimize the plan of treatment. Methods 70 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients were randomly divide into a treatment group （Propagated sensation along the channels, 35 cases）and a control group （ conventional acupuncture,35 cases）.Observe the clinically curative 〈br〉 effect after 4 weeks＇ treatment. Results The treatment group had marked effect in electrocardiograph and clinical efficacy （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of propagated sensation along the channels can significantly improve clinically curative effect of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients.
