直肠黏膜下注射消痔灵治疗直肠内套叠临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Rectal Submucosal Xiaozhiling Injection in Treatment of Intrarectal Invaginate

目的探究直肠内套叠患者采用直肠黏膜下注射消痔灵治疗的效果。方法选取2014年2月～2015年4月收治的62例直肠内套叠患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组37例患者采取在直肠黏膜下注射消痔灵的治疗，对照组25例患者选择常规方法进行治疗，对比患者身体症状的改善。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为97.30%，对照组患者治疗有效率为80.0%，差异较大，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论直肠内套叠患者采用直肠黏膜下注射消痔灵治疗，其复发率低，疗效显著，痛苦小，治疗时间较短。

Conclusion Rectum nested patients with rectal submucosal injection of xiaozhiling treatment, the recurrence rate is low, curative effect is distinct, the treatment time is shorter.
