中医辨证施护对肾病综合征合并感染患者的临床护理效果

Clinical Nursing Effect of Discussion on TCM Nursing Co-infected Patients With Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探讨中医辩证施护在肾病综合征合并感染患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院肾病综合征合并上呼吸道感染患者75例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规护理)37例、观察组(中医辩证施护)38例,对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者护理有效率为94.74%,对照组患者护理有效率为83.78%,观察组护理有效率高于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辩证施护在肾病综合征合并感染患者中的临床应用效果显著。

Objective To investigate the Chinese dialectical nursing in co-infected patients with nephrotic syndrome in clinical effect. Methods Nephrotic syndrome in our hospital on 75 patients with upper respiratory tract infection, according to randomly divided into a control group （usual care） 37 cases in the observation group （TCM dialectical nursing） 38 cases, compared two groups of patient care effect. Results The effective rate was 94.74% in patient care, patient care control group response rate was 83.78%in the observation group care have higher than efficiency, a statistically significant difference between the two data sets （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM dialectical nursing in co-infected patients with nephrotic syndrome in clinical effect is significant, with a higher application value.
