硝酸甘油联合丹参川芎嗪治疗心绞痛的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Nitroglycerin Combined With Salvia Miltiorrhiza in Treating Angina Pectoris

目的：分析硝酸甘油联合丹参川芎嗪治疗心绞痛的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年5月～2015年5月收治的128例心绞痛患者临床资料，根据不同治疗方案分为两组（各64例），对照组予硝酸甘油治疗，研究组联合丹参川芎嗪治疗，比较两组临床疗效、心绞痛改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率92.17%比对照组79.69%高（P ＜0.05）；治疗后研究组心绞痛改善幅度比对照组大，且不良反应总发生率6.24%比对照组17.19%低（P ＜0.05）。结论硝酸甘油联合丹参川芎嗪治疗心绞痛疗效显著，可有效减少心绞痛次数及持续时间，且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nitroglycerin combined with salvia miltiorrhiza in treating angina pectoris. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in May 2014 to May 2015, clinical data of 128 cases patients with angina pectoris were analyzed, according to the different treatments divided into two group （64 cases）, while the control group was treated with nitroglycerin in the treatment of, research group combined with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in treating, compared two groups of clinical curative effect of angina pectoris and improve and adverse reaction incidence. Results In the study group, the total efficiency of 92.17% than the control group 79.69% （P〈0.05）, after treatment of angina group significantly improved than control group, and adverse reactions of the total incidence rate of 6.24% lower than that of the control 〈br〉 group 17.19% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nitroglycerin combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in the treatment of angina pectoris curative effect, can effectively reduce the number of angina pectoris and duration, and the safety is high.
