早期康复护理对膝部骨折术后关节功能的影响分析

目的：探究患者膝部骨折后进行早期康复护理对术后关节功能的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2015年2月收治的64例膝部骨折患者在术后进行相关护理，实验组38例患者给予早期的康复护理，对照组26例患者给予常规的护理措施，对比两组患者术后关节功能的恢复情况。结果实验组患者中27例完全正常，所占比例为71.1%；对照组患者中11例完全正常，所占比例为42.3%，实验组患者膝关节的功能恢复情况好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论膝部骨折患者在术后采取综合的早期康复护理，可使关节功能得到显著的恢复，缓解身体不适以及不良的心理情绪，效果明显。
