综合康复护理对老年脑卒中患者预后临床疗效分析

Effect of Compound Rehabilitation-nursing Scheme on the Elderly Stroke Patients

目的：探讨综合康复护理对老年脑卒中患者预后临床疗效分析。方法选择于2011年2月～2012年10月我院收治的老年脑卒中患者116例，随机分为观察组和对照组各58例，两组患者均在临床医师指导下进行药物治疗，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施综合康复护理；对照组患者进行单纯常规护理，分别于护理方案实施后1、3月后对两组患者临床康复疗效进行统计学分析。结果治疗1月后，观察组患者的治疗有效率优于对照组（P ＜0.05），治疗3月后，观察组患者治疗效果更为明显（P ＜0.01）。结论综合康复护理方案可改善脑卒中患者的疗效及其预后。

Objective Analysis of the effect of compound rehabilitation-nursing scheme on the elderly Stroke. Methods Totally 116 cases with the elderly Stroke from February 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into Observation group and control group（ 58 cases in each group）. After one and three months treatment, two groups of patients with clinical rehabilitation efficacy for analysis. Results After One, three month treatment, The treatment of efficient of observation group was more obviously superior than in control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 Respectively）. Conclusion The compound rehabilitation–nursing scheme can obviously improve the curative effect and prognosis for the elderly stroke.
