Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients With Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的总结原发性三叉神经痛周围支撕脱术围手术期的护理要点。方法选取49例采用三叉神经周围撕脱术治疗的三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,总结对其围术期的护理要点。结果 49例患者术后一周所有病例疼痛症状完全缓解。结论对于采用三叉神经周围撕脱术治疗的三叉神经痛患者的护理来说,应该术前注重心理疏导护理,术后加强病情观察并进行有效的伤口护理、疼痛管理和健康指导。

Objective To sum up the key points of nursing during the perioperative period of the peripheral branch avulsion of the primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 49 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated by trigeminal nerve were selected as the research object, and the key points of nursing were summarized. Results All the patients had complete remission of pain symptoms in 49 patients. Conclusion The trigeminal 〈br〉 nerve avulsion of nursing care in the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia, and should preoperative pay attention to psychological nursing, postoperative strengthen observation and effective wound care, pain management and health guidance.
