护理人员健康教育培训及其效果

Training and Effect of Health Education for Nursing Staff

目的探讨护理人员的健康教育能力对患者的影响,以提高护理健康教育的效果。方法从我院随机选取护理人员40名作为研究对象,对其进行护理健康教育能力的培训,比较培训前后患者对护理健康教育的满意度。结果培训后患者对护理健康教育的满意度高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员的护理健康教育能力的提高可增强患者护理健康教育的效果,提高护理服务质量。

Objective To study the nursing care of nursing health education ability of nursing on the patients health education effect, in order to improve the effect of nursing health education. Methods 40 staffs were randomly selected from our hospital nursing of as the research object, carries on the nurses＇ health education ability training, more patients satisfaction of nursing health education before and after the training. Results After training and satisfaction of patients to nursing health education was obviously higher than that of before training, statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing staff of the improvement of nursing ability of nursing health education can significantly enhance patient care the effect of health education, improve the quality of patient care services.
