摘要 采用橡胶-塑料复合工艺技术,为汽车玻璃导槽密封条的滑动面附着上一层改性聚乙烯(PE)材料,将其作为减摩层,并与传统的植绒减摩层产品进行耐磨性对比实验。结果表明:PE减摩层与植绒减摩层相比,其湿摩擦和干摩擦的耐磨性都得到极大地提高,改性PE减摩层耐磨性能达到植绒减摩层的3倍。 In this paper, rubber - plastic composite technology was used to attach a layer of modified polyethylene (PE) material onto the sliding surface of sealing strip for automotive glass guide slot. As the friction reducing layer, the wear resistance of the PE material was compared with the traditional flocking antifriction layer product. The results showed that the wet and/or dry friction resistance of the PE anti- friction layer improved greatly, and its wear resistance was 3 times of the flocking antifriction layer's.
