摘要
通过改变O形圈研磨工艺的参数,考察了液位的高低、产品的装填量、大小石子的比例、研磨机的转速对产品分模线去除效果的影响,并对其制程能力进行了评估。结果表明:合适的液位、石子比例,较少的产品数量以及较高的转速对O形圈分模线的去除效果最佳,且其制程能力较好。
The influence of rubbing parameters such as the water level, product filling quantity, the ratio of big and small stone quantity, and the speed of the machine on the parting line removing of O-ring was investigated and the processing capability of this process was also estimated. The results showed that fewer product quantity and higher turbine speed along with the moderate water level and stone ratio lead to more effective parting line removing, and the processing capability will also be improved.
