摘要 为了解决我国天然胶乳资源严重匮乏的问题,文章以俄罗斯蒲公英青橡胶草草根和为原料,从组成分析入手,测定其灰分含量、丙酮抽取物含量、综纤维素含量、α-纤维素含量、木质素含量,并对比蒲公英草根进行分析。结果表明:橡胶草草根样品灰分含量高,综纤维素和木质素含量低。XRD分析表明样品中结晶纤维素的含量均较少。FTIR分析表明,橡胶草草根有较多的胺类特征吸收。 As the rubber industry development, the contradiction between supply and demand of domestic natural rubber latex will be more and more serious. In order to solve the problem, Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin(TKS) components were analyzed, and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz(dandelion) roots were also analyzed for comparison. The composition analysis included contents of ash, acetone extract, holocellulose, α-cellulose and lignin(including acid soluble lignin and acid insoluble lignin), etc. The results showed that, ash content of TKS was higher than dandelion, holocellulose and lignin contents of TKS were lower than those of dandelion. XRD analysis showed that indices of cellulose crystallization in two samples were low. FTIR analysis showed that the TKS grass root sample had more characteristic absorption of amine while the dandelion sample did not.
