摘要
文章采用苯丙醛为原料,通过卡宾作用、酯化、氧化及不对称氢化等反应步骤制备(R)-2-羟基-4-苯基丁酸乙酯(R-HPBE),总收率可达40%以上。产物经GC法、核磁、液质及比旋光度等多种表征手段证实为R-HPBE。文章提供的方法原料来源便宜,操作条件简单可控,为工业化制备R-HPBE提供可行方法。
Using benzenepropanal as raw material, the(R)-2-hydroxy-4-phenyl ethyl butyrate(R-HPBE) was prepared enantiomerically by Cabbeen reaction, esterification reaction, oxidation reaction and asymmetric hydrogenation reaction, and the total yield of the new technology can reach over 40 %. Confirming a variety of characterization of optical R-HPBE with GC method, HNMR, HPLC-MS and specific rotation. The paper illustrates cheap raw material sources and simply controlled operation conditions, which provides a feasible method for industrial preparation of R-HPBE.
