2-苯氧基-5-乙酰吡啶的合成研究

摘要 文章研究了以6-氯烟酸为主要原料,通过酰化、酯化、水解3步反应得到2-氯-5-乙酰基吡啶,再与苯酚缩合得到2-苯氧基-5-乙酰基吡啶的合成工艺。中间体2-氯-5-乙酰基吡啶和终产物2-苯氧基-5-乙酰基吡啶均经1H NMR和MS确认。 2-chloro-5-acetyl pyridine was synthesized through acylation, esterification, and hydrolysis reactions using 6-chloronicotinic acid as the starting material. The target compound of 2-phenoxy- 5-acetyl pyridine was synthesized through condensation reaction of 2-phenoxy-5-acetyl pyridine with phenol. Both the intermediate of 2-chloro-5-acetyl pyridine and the target compound of 2-phenoxy-5-acetyl pyridine were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.
