摘要 湿法烟气脱硫装置处理烟气量大、脱硫率高、运行周期长、运营成本适中,已成为国内外火电厂烟气脱硫的主导装置。但该装置腐蚀环境苛刻、防腐蚀工程量大、装置腐蚀维修困难,湿法烟气脱硫的腐蚀和磨损问题已经成为国内外关注的问题。以典型的石灰石/石膏法脱硫技术为例,对湿法FGD系统的腐蚀机理、工艺环境、腐蚀和磨损的影响及其防护进行了详细介绍。论述了防腐技术在烟气脱硫环境中的应用、特性及意义。比较了多种防腐材料及技术的优劣特点。 Wet FGD equipment has been widely applied in thermal power plants in china and abroad, because of its advantages of huge capacity to treat flue gas, high desulfurizing efficiency, long service period and moderate running cost. However, when the FGD equipment must be operated in a rigorous condition against corrosion, so a large amount of engineering work should be done to protect them. In addition, it is difficult to maintain in case of corrosion. Therefore, the problem of corrosion and attrition has been paid close attention to at home and abroad specifically. The article specifically introduces the corrosion mechanism of Wet FGD, and its technological conditions and the influence caused by the corrosion and the attrition, and the protection against them through the examples of the typical limestone/gypsum technology. It mainly explains the application of anticorrosive technology used in case of flue gas desulfrizing, and its characteristics and meaning. Moreover, the article analyze anticorrosive technology about FGD that introduced and empoldered by our country, and the application of anticorrosive material used in China and abroad.
