Optimization of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Loading Process

某新建油气处理厂项目,天然气凝液回收装置的凝液产品为丙烷、丁烷、液化石油气及稳定轻烃。在项目EPC施工阶段发现液化石油气装车时的掺混问题,对已施工的液化石油气装车流程进行了改造优化,减少了产品掺混的风险,增加了装车流程的灵活性。

According to a new Terminal Project, the natural gas liquid products of natural gas processing unit are propane, butane, LPG and natural gasoline. The blending problem in liquefied petroleum gas loading process was found, and it has been optimized in EPC construction stage, thereby reducing the risk of product blending and increase the flexibility of the loading process.
