摘要
介绍了高纯氯化氢气体的几种制备方法:氢气、氯气直接合成法,碱金属或碱土金属氯化物与浓硫酸反应的解吸法,浓盐酸脱吸法,稀盐酸特殊精馏法,石油化工副产氯化氢提纯法以及有机胺盐酸盐热解法等,其中稀盐酸特殊精馏法可以在制备高纯氯化氢气体的同时将工业废酸进行有效处理,符合节能减排、循环经济的科学发展观,将予以重点介绍。
Several methods of high-purity gaseous hydrogen chloride production were discussed in the paper, including synthesis from hydrogen and chlorine, decomposition of metal chlorides by acids, stripping from concentrated hydrochloric acid, special rectification methods using dilute hydrochloric acid, purifying hydrogen chloride as by-product from petrochemical processes, thermal decomposition of amine hydrochloric and so on. Particularly, special rectification methods using dilute hydrochloric acid could not only produce high-purity hydrogen chloride, but also deal with the industrial waste chloric acid. It is an energy saving, cost effective method just catering for the scientific development concept. So it will be focused in following discussion.
