摘要
基于水质分析和可生化性试验,对某经过浓缩后的生产废水采用常规缺氧+耗氧,配合微生物培养器的处理工艺。工程运行结果表明,4000 mg/L以下的TDS对生化系统的处理效果几乎没有影响;微生物培养器可以提高系统的生化处理的抗冲击性,利于系统稳定运行;工程出水水质稳定,满足园区污水厂的接收要求。
Based on the water quality analysis and biodegradability experiment, normal A/O craft with microbial cultivation device is used on treatment of concentrated industry waste water. The effect of the operation of the project indicates that TDS which lower than 4000 mg/L in the waste water has negligible impact on normal bio-chemistry treatment craft, microbial cultivation device can improve the resistance and stability of bio-chemistry system, and the effluent of the project meets the waste water quality requirement of the industry zone.
