三结合导师制在本科教学中的实践与探索

The Practice and Exploration on the Undergraduate Course Teaching with Multi-combination Tutorial System

本科导师制度在大学教育体系中日益重要。东北林业大学材料学院材料化学本科专业在本科生的培养中,根据教学的实际情况建立了三结合导师制度。三结合导师制度在"辅导员+导师"的本科导师制度和"导师+副导师"的本科导师制度的基础上,由辅导员、专业知识导师和辅助导师三类导师构成的制度。通过三结合导师制度可以有效的提高学生综合素质和个人技能,在教学过程中取得了良好的教学效果。三结合导师制度在实际运行过程中还存在一些问题,还需要进一步完善。

Undergraduate tutorial systems become more and more important in the university education systems. Based on the actual teaching situation, Material Chemistry Specialty of Northeast Forestry University sets up multi-combination tutorial system in the cultivation of undergraduates. Multi-combination tutorial system is on the basis of the undergraduate tutorial system of ＂counselor and tutor＂ and ＂tutor and vice tutor＂, which is composed of counselors, professional tutors and assistant tutors. It can effectively improve students＇ comprehensive abilities and skills through the multi-combination tutorial system, which has obtained good educational effects in the teaching process. Multi-combination tutorial system is needed to be further improved because of some shortages.
