高职食品专业中化学基础课程的现状及改革探讨

Discussion on the Status and Reform of Chemical Basic Courses for Food Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

摘从高职院校食品专业的实际出发,指出化学基础课程在本专业教学中的一些现状及问题,并针对性的在教学改革上做出一些探讨,列举一些具体改革措施,以期提高食品专业中化学基础课程的教学效果。

In view of the actual of food specialty in higher vocational colleges, the status and some problems of chemical basic courses is pointed out. Some explorations on the teaching reform are made, and some teaching reform measures are list, aiming at improving the teaching effect of chemical basic courses in food specialty.
