基于8臂聚乙二醇聚乳酸两亲共聚物的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Amphiphilic Copolymer Based on 8-arm Polyethylene Glycol and Polylactic Acid

摘要 文章主要是以聚乙二醇聚乳酸为基础,制备在药物缓控释应用上有一定意义的聚乳酸基聚合物。基于此,本章首先制备了一种含有保护氨基的六元环状碳酸酯,再用该碳酸酯与丙交酯开环共聚,将活性反应氨基引入聚乳酸分子中,方便聚乳酸的进一步功能化。将聚乳酸、六元环碳酸酯与8臂聚乙二醇共聚制备应用于药物缓控释方面的功能材料。 Polylactide(PLA), one of the most important synthetic biodegradable materials in biomedical application, has been widely used as carriers in drug delivery. In the thesis, aliphatic carbonic ester was introduced on PLA firstly to obtain polymer of LA and carbonic ester. Amphiphilic copolymer were synthetized with LA, carbonic ester and 8 arms PEG to be used as drug carrier for controlling drug release.
