摘要 通过对轮环藤宁(1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷)以Richman-Atkins合成工艺中原料成本分析,以碳酸二甲酯替换N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)这一成本价格约占43.2%的反应溶剂,不仅可以降低原料成本,还可以提高反应效率。文章从反应溶剂的选择来进行工艺改进,获得了低成本和高效率两方面的好处。 Based on to the cost of raw materials for cyclen(1,4,7,10-Tetraazacyclododecane) in the synthesis process of Richman-Atkins analysis, replacement of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF), which is costed about 43.2 % of whole raw material as reaction solvent, with dimethyl carbonate, not only can reduce the cost of raw materials, but also can improve the efficiency of the reaction. In the paper, the selection of the reaction solvent for process improvement, access to the low cost and high efficiency.
