摘要
针对惠州炼化重整装置再生器偏烧的问题,分析造成再生器偏烧的原因,通过清理疏通催化剂输送管线、适当提高淘析气量、清理和修补再生器约翰逊内网等措施解决再生器偏烧问题,为以后再生装置平稳运行提供一点参考和帮助。
On the problem of Huizhou refining plant of regenerator unsymmetric burning,we analyzed the cause of regenerator unsymmetric burningand solved the problem by cleaning up dipleg, raising the elutriation gas, cleaning and repairing the regenerator Johnson internal measures,provided some reference and help for running regeneration device smoothly later.
