摘要
以2%的海藻酸钠和2%的松香基双季铵盐为原料,通过静电吸附制备了松香基双季铵盐/海藻酸钠微球和海藻酸钠微球,采用FTIR确证了复合前后微球的结构;采用SEM对两种微球的微观形貌进行分析,表明松香基双季铵盐/海藻酸钠微球比海藻酸钠微球的孔隙发达宽松;通过对铜离子吸附性能分析,表明松香基双季铵盐/海藻酸钠微球比海藻酸钠微球对铜离子吸附效果优。
The composite microspheres and sodium alginate microspheres were prepared by static adsorption, which treat the 2 % of the sodium alginate and 2 % of the pairs of rosin quaternary ammonium salt as raw materials. The FTIR spectrum confirms successful confirmed the structure of the microspheres which were composited before and after. The microscopic morphology of two kinds of microspheres was analyzed by SEM, which showed that the pores of the double base quaternary ammonium salt/sodium alginate microspheres was looser than the sodium alginate microspheres. The absorption efficiency on Cu2+ of the double base quaternary ammonium salt/sodium alginate microspheres was better than the sodium alginate microspheres, which was showed by the analysis of the adsorptive property on Cu2+.
