摘要
以小菜蛾和枸杞蚜虫为防治对象,对CSA微乳剂进行了田间药效试验,以鲫鱼为研究对象,测试了CSA微乳剂对鲫鱼的极性毒性试验。结果表明CSA微乳剂对小菜蛾和枸杞蚜虫均具有显著的田间防治效果,7 d平均防效在90%以上,与传统化学农药氯氟氰菊酯和辛硫磷相比具有更长的持效期,药效发挥长达15 d。且微乳剂对鲫鱼96 h的LC50值为28.9909 mg/L,对照毒性分级标准可知其对鱼类的毒性为低毒性。
The polarity toxicity experiment on Carassius auratus and the field trials against Plutella xylostella and Wolfberry ahis of the CSA microemulsion were all evaluated. The result showed that the control efficiency of the CSA microemulsion reached 90 % after 7 days against Plutella xylostella L and Wolfberry aphis, and keep efficience within 15 days, which is longer than traditional chemical pesticide Cyhalothrin and Phoxime. And the CSA microemulsion had low toxicity on Carassius auratus with the lethal concentration of 50 % was 28.9909 mg/L after 96 h.
