复方多糖成分的提取及其微球制剂的研究

摘要 文章对复方驴胶补血制剂中各味中药的多糖进行了提取,采用苯酚—硫酸法测定含量得到最佳提取工艺,并对提取的多糖成分进行微球制剂研究;采用锐孔凝固浴法制备微球,通过正交实验和干燥温度的考察,优化处方,得到最佳制备工艺,并对制得的微球进行了粉体学性质考察。 The polysaccharide component in several Chinese traditional medicine of the Fu Fang Lv Jiao Bu Xue formulation was extracted in the article. Phenol-sulfuric acid method was adopted to determine the content and the optimal extraction process was obtained. In addition, the microsphere formulation made from the extracted polysaccharide was studied. Sharphole-bath method was used to prepare microspheres. By means of orthogonal test and the investigation of drying temperature, the recipe was optimized and the best preparation technology was obtained. The micromeritic characteristics of prepared microspheres was investigated.
