摘要
采用分步聚合的方法,首先制备了含有羟基和双键的PU预聚体,然后和甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸单体共聚,制备出了PUA乳液。研究结果表明,聚氨酯对水性压敏胶的粘结性能和耐热性、耐湿热性具有显著的协同改性作用。当聚氨酯含量为20%~40%时,氮丙啶用量为1.5%~2.5%时,压敏胶固化后保护膜的综合性能最佳。
Using method of step-by-step polymerization, first prepared containing hydroxyl and double bond of PU prepolymer, then the copolymer of methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid monomer and prepared the PUA emulsion. The results showed that the bonding properties of polyurethane to water pressure sensitive adhesive and the heat resistance and heat resistance of the polyurethane are significant. When the content of polyurethane was 20 %~40 %, the content of TTMAP was 1.5 %~2.5 %, the comprehensive performance of the protective film was the best.
