摘要
以自制的聚硫氨酯液体橡胶为原胶,制备了双组分中空玻璃密封胶,研究了液体橡胶结构及其含量对密封胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着多元醇用量的增大,密封胶的粘结强度逐渐增大,断裂伸长率逐渐减小;液体橡胶的巯基含量越大,密封胶的粘结强度越大,断裂伸长率越小;液体橡胶的含量越大,密封胶的适用期和表干时间越长;随着液体橡胶含量的增大,密封胶的粘结强度增大、断裂伸长率先增大后减小,当液体橡胶含量为40%时,断裂伸长率最大。
Using the self-made polythiourethane liquid rubber as raw rubber, the paper has prepared two-component insulating glass sealant, and has studied effects of liquid rubber structure and its content on properties of sealant. The results showed that with the increase of the polyol use level, the bond strength of the sealant gradually increased, and the elongation at break gradually decreased. The content of-SH group in the liquid rubber was more, the bond strength of the sealant was bigger and the elongation at break was smaller. The content of liquid rubber was higher, the application period and the table dry time of sealant were longer. With the increase of liquid rubber content, the bond strength of the sealant increased and the elongation at break first increased and then decreased. When the content of liquid rubber was 40%, the elongation at break was the biggest.
