摘要
针对某陆上气田天然气含有高浓度CO2,采用活化的MDEA溶液吸收法进行脱除,活化剂选用DEA,选择DBR Amine package物性方程,利用Uni Sim Design流程模拟软件对脱酸工艺进行模拟分析,从溶剂配比、理论板数、进料温度等方面进行计算分析,得出最佳的工艺设计或操作参数。
Active MDEA aqueous solution is used for CO2 removal from the higher CO2 content natural gas, and activator is DEA, A model of the acid gas removal process for high CO2 natural gas was built using Uni Sim Design simulation software, the thermodynamic fluid package of DBR Amine package was used for the simulation, the optimum parameters of process design and operation were attained via the simulation and analysis of the process from the solution ratio, number of tray and feed temperature.
