摘要
针对列管式固定床反应器中发生放热反应时,易导致"飞温",造成操作事故的可能性。通过建立数学模型,确定了防止列管式固定床发生"飞温"现象的设计条件是:反应管的最大直径为8RT2W2λr/EQ(1/2);同时从热稳定角度限定了操作控制条件是:最大传热温差为(1.37RTW)2/E,从而为换热介质温度的确定提供了依据。
For column tubular fixed bed reactor in the exothermic reaction occurs, easily lead to "temperature runaway", and cause the possibility of accident. By establishing a mathematical model to determine the design condition of preventing column tubular fixed bed reactor "temperature runaway": the biggest diameter of reaction tube is 8RT2W2λr/EQ(1/2). At the same time from the point of view of thermal stability limits the operation control condition: for maximum heat transfer temperature difference is (1.37RTW)2/E, so as to provide a basis for the determination of heat transfer medium temperature.
