摘要 辛烷值作为车用汽油的一项重要性能指标,其数值代表着汽油的抗爆性能好坏,通常而言,辛烷值数值高,抗爆性就好,可允许发动机工作的压缩比也比较高,但为避免浪费,并满足车用汽油牌号所需的辛烷值,必须进一步提高辛烷值测定准确度,使其保证发动机充分发挥自身功率,并能正常工作,不发生爆震。文章通过深入分析国家标准,结合实践经验,总结影响车用汽油辛烷值测定准确度的主要因素,并提出一些应对措施,尽量减少辛烷值在测定过程中产生误差。 Octane as motor gasoline is an important performance index. The value represents the gasoline antiknock performance is good or bad, generally speaking, octane number value, antiknock good, to allow the engine to operate the compression ratio is relatively high, but in order to avoid waste, and satisfy the brand gasoline, the octane value, must further enhance the octane value determination accuracy, to ensure the engine to give full play to its power, and can work normally, no knocking occurs. Through the in-depth analysis of national standard, combined with practical experience, summary of the impact of vehicle gasoline octane value determination accuracy of the main factors, and puts forward some measures to minimize the octane value in the determination of the errors produced in the process.
