摘要
针对某乳业企业生产废水中成分复杂,有机污染物浓度高,高氨氮,水质、水量变化大,和生化性能好等特点,采用气浮+厌氧+缺氧+好氧组合处理工艺,好氧采用接触氧化。处理规模为1000 m3/d。结果表明:该工艺稳定性强,处理效果好,出水达到《广东省地方排放标准水污染排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)的第二时段一级排放标准。
The wastewater of dairy industries has the characteristics of complicated composition, high concentration of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen, large variation in water quality and quantity, and good biodegradability. Therefore the combined process of air flotation+Anaerobic+anoxic+aerobic is adopted to treat the wastewater, which aerobic process is bio contact oxidation. The treatment scale is 1000 m3/d. The results reflect that this process is stable and efficient. The effluent can achieve the first grade of second period in Discharge limits of water pollutants for the local standard of the Guangdong Province(DB 44/26-2001).
