摘要
水滑石类插层材料(Layered Double Hydroxides,简称LDHs)是一类重要的、具有广阔应用前景的功能材料。采用水热法合成镁铝碳酸根水滑石(Mg-Al Layered Double Hydroxides,简称Mg-Al-LDHs),通过XRD的衍射峰分析其具有水滑石特有的层状结构,温度低于400℃时水滑石具有较好的稳定性。MTG(甲醇制汽油,Methanol To Gasoline)废水中含有大量的有机酸,利用Mg-Al-LDHs中的碳酸根与废水中的弱酸根交换的方式进行脱酸,脱酸后废水p H明显提高。
Layered double hydroxides(LDHs) have found wide variety of applications in industry. The Mg-Al Layered Double Hydroxides(Mg-Al-LDHs) synthesized by hydro-thermal method has a unique layered structure of hydrotalcite by XRD diffraction peaks analyzing. The Mg-Al-LDHs has good stability at temperatures below 400 ℃. The waste water p H increased significantly after exchange deacidification by Mg-Al-LDHs which carbonate can be replace by weak acid roots in waste in water.
