摘要
文章针对中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司60000 Nm3/h制氢装置在运行过程中,出现的转化炉脉冲进料、转化炉炉管和下尾管裂纹、PSA运行程序及阀门内漏问题,进行分析和相应处理,并提出日常生产中优化操作建议,以确保装置长周期运行。
The paper describes the problems of pulse feed and the crack of the tail pipe of the furnace tube of the transformation furnace, and PSA running program and valve leakage on the 60000 Nm3/h hydrogen production units in China Petrochemical Hainan Refinery Chemical Co., Ltd. It analyzes and handles these problems, and proposes the optimization suggestion in daily production work to ensure the long period operation of the unit.
