荧光镓作为荧光光谱探针测定核酸的研究

摘要 文章研究了荧光镓作为光谱探针测定核酸的一种纳克级的灵敏方法。此方法有较好的选择性和灵敏度,用于合成样品的分析与测定,结果令人满意。 A sensitive fluorimetric methods for determination of nucleic acids at nanogram levels was accordingly established. The method developed in the paper has good selectivity and high sensitivity and it has been applied to the determination of nucleic acid in the synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
