摘要
针对过程装备与控制工程专业工程化特色显著的特点,结合本校该专业成立时间短、实践教学不足、师资较弱的现状,提出校内导师和校外导师共同辅导的"双导师制"毕业设计指导模式,来提高学生毕业设计质量和工程应用能力。介绍了该模式的具体内容及相对传统教学模式的优越性,并探讨相应的毕业实习模式、毕业设计选题、实习管理、成绩评定等方面的具体措施。以期望提高学生培养质量,促进学生就业,为学校带来更好的社会效益。
To improve the engineering application ability of students' graduation design of process equipment and controlling engineering, double-tutorial teaching mode was proposed in the article. In this mode, two teachers from school and outside respectively guide one student. The detail contents and advantage of this mode was introduced. And the related practice mode, topic selection, process management, evaluation and supervision were also discussed. The mode has the potential opportunity to solve the problem of inadequate teaching resources of Chongqing University of technology, and promote the students' cultivation quality.
