摘要 依据齐鲁工业大学应用型人才培养目标要求,从学生就业出口出发,以食品行业对人才的需求为培养目标,从实践教学内容,实践教学方法和实践教学环境三个方面,优化了食品科学与工程专业实践教学体系。研究结果为促进创新创业人才培养机制改革,提高学生就业率提供有效的参考。 According to the training target of applied talents of Qilu University of Technology, practice teaching system of food science and engineering specialty was optimized, which aims at improving students' innovation and entrepreneurship. The practice teaching system was constructed to meet the industry demand of talent and the students' employment, which included three parts: the contents, teachers and environment of practice teaching. The results showed that the optimized practice teaching system provided a valid reference for mechanism reform of innovation and entrepreneurship training and improving the employment rate of student.
