摘要
目前国内环己酮生产装置均采用醇酮混合液作吸收剂,低温吸收后的氧化尾气直接排放。采用真空变压吸附技术回收氧化尾气中的有机物和氮气,回收的有机物可返回生产系统中作为原料重复使用,氮气可作为装置的安全生产保护气和吹扫置换气。这样既减少了环境污染、实现了资源的再生利用,又提高了企业的经济效益。
Most domestic cyclohexanone production plant adopts alcohol-ketone mixture as absorbent presently. After low temperature absorption, oxidation exhaust is discharged directly. Vacuum pressure swing adsorption technology could be used to recover the organic component and nitrogen in the exhaust. The organic component could be returned to the production system as raw materials for reuse, while nitrogen can be used as production safety protection gas and purging gas. Thus the environmental pollution is reduced, the recycle of resources is realized, and the economic benefit of enterprise is improved.
