环境保护日益严格;汽油品质不断提高;原油趋向重质化和高含硫量;这些使得石油化工等企业对氢气需求更为强烈。另外,天然气价格的上涨和煤制氢项目受限,氢气缺口增大,甲醇裂解制氢得以迅速发展。甲醇原料在制氢成本中占据70%以上,降低甲醇消耗成了该工艺的重中之重。通过VPSA提氢、解吸气循环利用、增设脱CO2等工艺,甲醇消耗可从初期的0.6 kg CH3OH/m3 H2[1]降到0.485 kg CH3OH/m3 H2。

In addition, the rising price of natural gas and the limited of coal hydrogen projects, increase the gap of hydrogen. Methanol cracking of hydrogen plants develops rapidly. Methanol feedstock in hydrogen production costs accounted for more than 70 %, lower methanol consumption has become a top priority of the process. By VPSA mention, desorbed gas recycling, additional CO2 removal and other technology, methanol consumption can be reduced from the initial 0.6 kg CH3OH/m3 H2 to 0.485 kg CH3OH/m3 H2.
