摘要
我国农村中小型沼气工程数量众多并分散于各个乡镇。为解决分散沼气源集中利用问题,达到高效利用生物天然气的目的,文章以一个镇级规模为样本,分析利用撬装式LNG((Liquefied Natural Gas,液化天然气)液化车收集各中小型沼气工程沼气的可行性。分析发现,利用撬装式LNG液化车将农村分散沼气源收集、分离提纯并转化为LNG运送至液化生物甲烷加气站的模式是切实可行的;目前我农村沼气工程的容积产气率还需进一步提高,当容积产气率达到1.6 m3·m-3d-1时,8个300 m3的沼气工程可实现5年的投资回收期。此外,沼气工程规模越大,以及撬装式LNG液化车的沼气处理能力越大,越有利于提高分散式沼气源回收的经济性。
Tens of thousands of small and medium-sized biogas projects distributed in the vast rural area in China. To solve the utilization problems of decentralized biomass and to achieve the purpose of effective use of biogas, a township-sealed utilizatlon model was established to analyze the feasibility of using skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction vehicles collecting the distributed biogas. It was found that it is viable to use the liquefaction vehicles to collect, separate, and purify the biogas and convert it into LNG (liquefied nature gas), and transport it to bio-methane station. The volumetric biogas production rate of current rural biogas project still needs to be further improved. Participation of eight 300 m^3 biogas projects at the volumetric biogas production rate of 1.6 m^3 · m^-3d^-1 may realize 5-year payback period. In addition, the bigger the biogas project scale and the more powerful the liquefaction vehicle, the better economics would be obtained for intensive biogas utilization.
