摘要
温度是沼气工程厌氧反应器产气的关键因素,因此文章针对中型养殖厂设计了一套集成了太阳能、沼气锅炉和沼气热电联产3个系统的沼气综合利用系统。然而沼气综合利用系统中厌氧反应器的加热运行模式及系统设备选型是系统投资收益率的关键影响因素。基于此,笔者建立了以初始投资收益率为目标函数的数学模型,模拟得出系统的最优运行模式和设备选型。根据工程的优化结果,考虑到投资收益率,太阳能成本过高不宜使用,沼气锅炉选型为40 kW,沼气发电机组选型为35 kW;夏季平均收益率最高为14.1,冬季平均收益率最低为4.6。
Temperature was the key factor for the biogns production of anaerobic reactor. In this paper, a comprehensive utilization system integrated with solar energy, blogas co-generation and biogas boiler was designed for medium-slzed farms. And the heating mode of biogas digester and devices selection were the key factors for the system' s investment yield. A mathematical model was established taking the initial investment yield as the objective function. The model could simulate the system and obtain the optimal operation mode and equipment selection. According to the optimization results, solar energy was considered not suitable for system' s investment yield because of its high cost, and the biogas boiler of 40 kW and biogas co-generator of3S kW were selected,under which the highest average investment yield of 14. 1was obtained in the s er and the lowest of 4.6 in winter.
