饲料磷脂水平对巴丁鱼体组织脂肪酸组成的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Dietary Phospholipid Levels on Fatty Acid Composition in Body Tissues of Catfish(Pangasius sutchi)

摘要 本研究旨在探讨饲料磷脂水平对巴丁鱼体脂肪酸组成的影响。用5组饲料(磷脂添加水平分别为0%、1%、2%、3%、4%)对巴丁鱼进行56d的饲养试验。试验结果显示,各组肝脏、肌肉、腹脂的C18:3n3含量随饲料磷脂水平的升高而升高,C18:1n9含量随饲料磷脂水平升高而降低;4%磷脂组肌肉、肝脏组织的高不饱和脂肪酸的含量最高,而对照组的最低。各组肝脏、肌肉、腹脂的脂肪酸大类含量排序均为:饱和脂肪酸总量>单不饱和脂肪酸总量>多不饱和脂肪酸总量>高不饱和脂肪酸总量,且都以C16:0、C18:1n9、C18:2n6为主要的饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸。研究表明,巴丁鱼肝脏、肌肉、腹脂的脂肪酸组成在一定程度上受到饲料脂肪酸组成的影响;饲料磷脂水平为4%时,肌肉、肝脏组织转化合成高不饱和脂肪酸的能力最强。 A feeding trial was conducted to determine composition in body of catfish (Pangasius sutchi). Fi ment levels of 0% in group 1, and 1% in group 2, 2 were fed to the catfish for 56 (liver, muscle, abdominal fat) the effects of dietary phospholipid level on fatty acid ve % of C18:1n9 content was opposite. The HUFA content in liver in group 5 was the maximum among groups, while the content in gourp 1 was the minimum. The content of fatty acid class in the three body tissues fol- lowed that: ∑SFA〉∑MUFA 〉∑PUFA〉∑HUFA. The major SFA, MUFA and HUFA in diets and body tissues all wereC16=0, C18:1n9 andC22:6n3, respectively. The findings indicate that the fatty acid composition of liver, muscle, abdominal fat is affected by the dietary fatty acid composition to some extent. The maximal HUFA transformation ability was observed in the liver and muscle tissues in group 5.
